Karafuru Photobooth provides photobooth software for personal and commercial event use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to your purchased plan.

3. Third-Party Integrations (Google Drive)

Our service includes integration with Google Drive to facilitate photo storage.

Your use of Google Drive is subject to Google's Terms of Service.
Karafuru Photobooth is not responsible for any data loss or service interruptions caused by Google Drive.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and ensuring sufficient storage space is available.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the photos captured using Karafuru Photobooth. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the content captured during your events complies with all local laws and regulations regarding privacy and decency.

5. Limitation of Liability

Karafuru Photobooth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data or profit.
