At Karafuru Photobooth, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our photobooth software and web dashboard, particularly in relation to our Google Drive integration.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email, and partner details.
Session Photos: Our software processes photos taken during photobooth sessions. These photos are temporarily stored on your local device and uploaded to your linked storage.
Google User Data: If you choose to link your Google Drive, we collect your email address (to identify the linked account) and a refresh token to facilitate file uploads.

3. Google Drive Integration

Karafuru Photobooth uses Google Drive APIs to provide automated photo storage for your events. By linking your Google Drive:

We request permission to access your Google Drive (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive).
We use this access to: create and manage a root folder and session subfolders, upload session photos, list and browse folders across your Drive and Shared Drives (for the folder picker), and make uploaded photos publicly accessible via a shareable link.
We do not read, modify, or delete any other files in your Google Drive unrelated to the Karafuru Photobooth application.
You can unlink your Google Drive at any time through the Settings dashboard, which will immediately cease our access.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information to provide and improve our services, process payments, and ensure your photobooth photos are safely stored and accessible to you and your clients.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information as long as your account is active. Photos uploaded to your Google Drive are managed by you; Karafuru Photobooth does not delete them unless explicitly requested through our management interface.
